Returns Policy

At ZUMIMALL we want our customers to be satisfied with their top wireless security cameras or doorbells they've purchased. If you're not happy, neither are we - and we need your help to help us grow.

That's why we offer an extensive returns & exchange policy on our entire home security range for all our Australian customers. 

Information below includes restrictions and obligations in the policy.

Change of mind returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with a purchase from the ZUMIMALL website, you can return the product provided the following terms are met.
  • You return the item within 30 days of the original shipment date
  • The item is in original condition - and includes all parts
  • You provide the original order ID and email address
  • The item is not damaged and in complete original packaging
If these conditions are met, we will arrange a refund or replacement.
You will be responsible for, nd must pay shipping charges for the return. And as the buyer you will assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit.
ZUMIMALL reserves the rights to not refund or exchange if the above requirements are not met.

12 Months Warranty

In the rare case that your ZUMIMALL product is not working correctly - we offer a 12 month warranty on all products.
